Frontline - theme song of the resistance.
I don't know if this has been posted before, but when I hear this song, I think this will be the theme song of the resistance.
It's a bit harder than I normally listen to, but then again so are the times. Pillar - Frontline |

Re: Frontline - theme song of the resistance.
I've got a few for ya...
Megadeth - New World Order New World Order Where hath the apostles gone? Joining hands with wicked ones Revelation has come to pass New world order, will hold the mass A book written by the man Used to control and command All rights will be denied Without the mark you shall die No confession, all is known (All is known) New world order, you shall be shown (Shall be shown) Monitoring all wages New world order comes in stages Currency is obsolete Feel the agony of defeat Symbol of society today A must have or you shall pay As humans flesh leads the mind Just as a pawn the last martyr dies No confession, all is known (All is known) New world order, you shall be shown (Shall be shown) Where hath the apostles gone? Joining hands with wicked ones Revelation has come to pass New world order, will hold the mass. Ministry - NWO KMFDM - New American Century "New American Century" Count your blessings Walk the line Don't move too fast Or fall behind There are rules you must obey They get re-written by the day Don't do this - don't say that Your every move is logged and tracked By the all oppressive eye Spy satellites in friendly skies The new american century Has only just begun No one exempt from the tragedy Counterattack start pushing back Fight the power That chokes your speech Fight the power That makes you bleed Fight the power That propogates lies To keep you weak Keep you in line Fight the power that reigns you in Divides and conquers Defines your sin Fight the power For one and all Before the power swallows us whole No one dares to say a word Our panic drives all human herds In the land where cash is king Our silence bought and sold for free The future's banging on our door When real I.D. will be the law Love thy neighbor and turn him in It's call patriotism The world is watching in disbelief Chanting shame on you How can you stand by so quietly Letting them rape your liberties You can't be bothered or concerned You see no reason for alarm Prejudice, religion hate Usher in new mandate Absolute and resolved One nation under one god Lack of interest has its price As we're stripped of all our rights Those who cannot learn from history Are doomed to repeat it! |

Good song...never heard of Pillar. Going to check them out.
Here's another that I was thinking the other day is a good response to the ever increasing control of the govt, where we're seen as not much more than a cog in a machine. RISE AGAINST "Re-Education (Through Labor)" To the sound of a heartbeat pounding away To the rhythm of the awful rusted machines We toss and turn but don't sleep Each breath we take makes us thieves Like causes without rebels Just talk but promise nothing else We crawl on our knees for you Under a sky no longer blue We sweat all day long for you But we sow seeds to see us through 'Cause sometimes dreams just don't come true We wait to reap what we are due To the rhythm of a time bomb ticking away And the blare of the sirens combing the streets Chased down like dogs we run from Your grasp until the sun comes up We crawl on our knees for you Under a sky no longer blue We sweat all day long for you But we sow seeds to see us through 'Cause sometimes dreams just don't come true Look now at what they've done to you White needles buried in the red The engine roars and then it gives But never dies 'Cause we don't live We just survive On the scraps that you throw away I won't crawl on my knees for you I won't believe the lies that hide the truth I won't sweat one more drop for you 'Cause we are the rust upon your gears We are the insect in your ears We crawl We crawl We crawl... all over you We sow the seeds to see us through Our days are precious and so few We all reap what we are due Under this sky no longer blue We bring the dawn long over-due We crawl We crawl We crawl... all over you |

Besides, with Obama's new domestic security forces and the ongoing militarization of the police, if you are the first to stand up, you will be the first cut down. No matter how many guns you and your buddies have, you are not an army. Think "French Resistance" of WW2--a bridge blown up here, a collaborator or informer with gets his throat cut, etc. Also for the French, the Nazis were invaders, made up of people who spoke a different language, and with whom they'd had turf battles for centuries. Your enemy will represent the democratically elected government, supported by the inertia of a population that doesn't care about their freedoms so long as it doesn't interfere with "24". If you don't own it already, you should get a copy of Quotations From Chairman Mao Tse-Tung often called "Mao's Little Red Book". |
